Black Ralleys and a brake job...

Hey Guys,

I decided to get a little primer and paint on my truck's frame and suspension before they start salting the heck out of the roads this winter...heck, who knows if it has ever even seen salty roads (it came out of Kansas).

And when I was pulling the right side rear wheel off, it was wet, so I pulled the drum, and sure enough, it needed a wheel cylinder. The brake light had just come on about a day earlier, so I'm kinda impressed that the warning light worked the way it was supposed to!

I managed to get to Napa before they closed on Saturday and they had the wheel cylinder. But, when I went out Sunday, do you think I could get the brake line off the wheel cylinder? Nope! So, I ordered up new brake lines for both sides and I'll do a complete brake jobe while it is apart!

Also, while I was painting, I shot my Ralley wheels black, and I think they look pretty good on her. I really kinda like the way she looks, still wearing her 'work clothes'...it might be a while before she gets 'dressed up'.
