What gears do you recommend?

I am putting a 6.0L (LQ9) with a mild cam, 4L80 with a 3600 stall converter. I currently have 3:73's in my 12 bolt. I will be running a 24X14 rear wheel with a 405/25/24 that is 32" tall. Wondering if I should consider going to a 4:10, or even a 4:56? Or would I even notice the difference? This truck will never go down a race track, just want some nice get up and go. Thanks for your responses.
