Blown fuse?

I start the vehicle, everything works fine then all of a sudden my dash lights go off along with my tail/brake and side marker lights.. The headlights still worked (thank god!)

This happened at 3am after I closed the bar I manage down on NYE with cops thick as flies out and about but luckily I still managed to shuttle my drunken buddies home in the C-Dub without getting hassled

Just a blown fuse? Like I said, the only light that seems to be working is my headlights, and high beems. The high beem light is the only dash light that is working
