Father and Son projects

It's nice to see that there are some Father and Son projects going on here on the forum. It's a great bonding time and good experience for a boy (or girl). My boys are now 41 and 45 and both of their first rides were restorations that we did when they were 15. I didn't take many pics during the projects but I found these and thought I'd post them up. The truck was solid when we got it. We put all new chrome, wheels, bumpers, tailgate, and paint on it. It was a nice driving truck. The Roadrunner was a theft recovery. We got most of the parts when we bought it but had to find a hood, trunk lid, tail lights, and a few other things. It was like a kit, "some assembly required". The pic of it was just after the first test drive. Great memories, hope no one minds my sharing them since one was a Chevy truck.

Happy new Year to all.
