You guys that have used seam sealers, what type is the best as for as not cracking, shrinking, peeling, and ease to use? Also how good is the brush-on type? And how long has it been with no problems? I got a type from Autozone and it really SUCKS!!! It wasn't 2 days and it started cracking, peeling, and shrinking. It did not remain flexible like the tube said it was supposed to. So now I get to redo it again and I would like to use something that will last. Also did you guys use any type of rust preventitive under it?
