Wink Need help with a fair value for me and the next owner ;) 67swb truck

I'm going to be selling my "shop truck" because of a new job that's taking all my free time right now. Also need to upgrade the daily driver to something with less miles for reliability with this job....

Truck isn't finished but I'm looking for value when it is. Here's a link to the build
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=541413

Details

67 swb stepside small window
Body off frame restoration
Patina paint inside and out
Stock steel wheels and caps with good tires
Completely restored interior (custom panels, dash pad, visors, houndstooth seat, new restored seatbelts)
350/350 (rebuilt with under 5K miles on them and just refreshed with new gaskets and paint)
Lokar parts
Stainless tranny cooler lines
Redone wiring (new or cleaned/inspected, and re-wrapped originals)
Tilt
Tach dash
New windshield
New windshield gasket
Power steering (new)
Power brakes (drums) (new booster and master)
Super solid stepside bed (only light surface rust)
Cleaned/Painted frame
New cab rubber mounts/core support mounts
New 4 core rad
Rebuilt drum brakes and wheel cylinders
New brake lines in spots, new hoses, fittings as needed.
New suspension in front (ball joints (other than good original uppers left since they are riveted in and good), tie rods, billet adjusters, new idler arm
New GMC pauls push in door seals
3/5 drop springs or...

complete adjustable air ride setup (1800 extra I would charge)

Almost rust free to start and am fixing everything that was there...only bondo is under rad support and what I did on the front cups after I repaired them with metal welded in)
Two spots left will be:
1) small spot above driver's window on interior from old seam sealer (fixed on exterior and rust converted inside roof skin)
2) front lip of hood needs work

As of now I'm not planning to put bed wood in but will for the right offer when it comes time...

So...I'm looking for some realistic market values. I know not everyone's a fan of patina, but there is a market for it...and....this truck would be easy to paint if someone wanted...only a couple dents/dings.

I've seen a patina truck with lots of rust in the cab and heated springs fetch 8500 on ebay....

I have a value in mind but don't want to influence anyone until I hear what others say...

Also looking on opinions of 3/5 spring drop or air bags....

Thanks.
