Post frame shop

I am looking to have a shop built for personal use.

I am building a 30x50x12 with 4" slab with rebar on 2' squares. It will be insulated. It is gonna have two 14x10 doors, one 10x10 door, and a walk through.

I started looking at all steel frame buildings but they are just out of my price range. I have started looking into the post frame metal buildings and they seem like a better option to me I can get one build for about $18,500 before electricity. That is oppose to about $26,000 for all steel. I figure I can do a lot with the $7000 dollar difference. Plus they look the exact same from the outside.

Wanted to see if any of y'all had any experience with the wood frame shops as I don't personally know anyone with one.
