I'm pretty sure ou need to replace the throttle shaft too, I took a look at one I have stashed away for my Scottsdale project and it has a completely different shaft to attach to the throttle cable and tv cable then the stocker still on the originally engine. I pulled the 454 tb our of a 95 burb I believe and the stocker is from an 88 350
