C20 4x4 roller suspension

I'm looking at a couple of c20 4x4 rollers one of which has 8 leaf springs in each rear and 2 on each front side. This was an old farm truck and I wonder if restored with this suspension would it be too rough of a ride? Other C20 rollers I've looked at have fewer leafs all around. Anyone know what the standard road GVW and related suspension, (leaf springs, front and back) would be for a decent riding C20 4x4. I know back in those days you could feel every bump in your teeth but didn't pay too much attention to it. Just wondering about too many leafs and the related ride?

Thanks
