Bed Liner / Cover questions

A little background. My Truck (1970 C10) has a 1994 stepside bed on it. I'm looking to put a liner in it and some sort of cover that locks. I've been doing some research and have found that (probably) the most common suggestion for a liner is a rhino liner. I'll continue to look into this. I guess the real question is what kind of cover do you guys think I should use? I definetly want it to lock but don't want it to be too difficult to get into. I do a lot of wakeboarding and will build a rack to hold my boards back there but don't want them to be real accessible. I'm not a huge fan of the big one piece tonneau (sp?) covers. What else is out there that is feasible that you guys have had experience with?

Thanks for helping the newb out
