Truck buying advice

Ok what would most of you pay for a regular cab 85 k30 dually 454 factory air has been removed. New headers and exhaust 6 new tires very nice flatbed. Its an automatic and owner says it has 456 gears. Warn lock outs everything underneath is oil free as well as under the hood. There some engine mods nothing major. It runs great but needs a dash pad and rockers and cab corners and it's primer gray.

I wish I has a picture but I didn't have my phone with me when I stopped to look at it. It's an Ohio truck but the frame is relatively clean and looks recently painted.
