Mirror option question

I am a bit new to these year trucks so I am still trying to learn all the different things about them. One thing I am wondering about is if there are any mirrors that will fit these trucks that are like the ones on my 85 Silverado. I think some people call them "dumbo" mirrors. My 91 Z71 has some like it also.

I am not a big fan of West Coast mirrors cause they just stick way out there. The pickup versions seem to be too small. There may not be any of what I am looking for but thought I would ask.
