New Steering Box- Now I Have Noise and Air

Swapped out my leaking PS box for a new rebuilt unit. The fluid is topped off but I have tons of noise when I steer or brake. After the install I took it for a test drive. When I got back the PS reservoir looked like a soda fountain. It was literally pushing foamy fluid past the cap.

Is all this air coming from my hydroboost? What's the best way to fix the problem??
