Hello all, just joined after being a troll for the last year or so....figured since I finally picked up my '65 I'd join. Kind of a cool story. The truck I got is from a small town I grew up in. The original owner helped build my parents house over 50 years ago. I came across it a couple years ago, some 20 years later and 500 miles away from the small town. Finally harassed the owner enough that he sold it to me today. Pretty excited about it, one - I LOVE K10 4WD Stepsides and two, the fact I remember seeing this truck all over town and knew the original owner. It's got its issues, cancer spots and faults, but it runs like a top and can't wait to get it back to its former glory. A little bit about it - 1965 K10 4WD Stepside, inline 6 (I think its a 250, the guy I got it from thought it was a 292), 4 speed manual, still has the original black plates and the license plate frame from the dealer.
