It's probably a good thing you discovered this issue.
That's what it appears to be. From the front you can see that there isn't a bolt holding it on. With minimal driving do you think I have done much damage? I know it could have been really bad if I had driven it for long periods. TBH, I probably wouldn't have found it if the belt hadn't come off twice.

I guess my next step is to pull this and see what I will need to do for a replacement.
