Temporary exhaust?

I cranked over the 292 a few weeks ago finally. Feels like a milestone achieved and I am still so far away.

Radiator and fan is getting mounted and I would like to run the truck and time it next week, however right now I do not have an exhaust on it. The plan was once I was finished - take it over to Cole Muffler to have them slap on something.

I am looking to mock something up temporarily for the exhaust for my 292. Running a stock intake/exhaust setup. Can I just buy the flange and build something to hold me off while I time it?
