Power Steering Hose Issue - Please Help If You Can

I put a power steering setup on my truck 18 years ago when I was 12. It has worked great since, until I installed a tilt steering column and unknowingly pushed the pressure side hose into the header tube. Well about 15 miles latter and a lot of smoke...no more power steering. Now I need a new hose.

My problem is I have know idea what vehicle my pump and box came off of. I got it from a neighbor farmer who just had it laying around his shop. He gave it to me, it fit, it worked and I haven't thought to much about it again until now.

Here are some pictures...can anyone help me know what hose I need?
