has anyone had their truckdoor not open???

If so, (this happend to me)

you can losen the bolts to the strikerplate, all you have to do is take the seat out. and loosen it up (you HAVE to use Visegrips)
after you get the 4 bolts loose go to the outside of the truck and use a "SKINNY" screwdriver and a hammer to tap it up (i think, its been awhile though, i think its up though) then mess with it till it opens.

I know i would of loved it if someone had made a post of this when it happend to me. i think some truck parts dealer reccomended it. i forgot who he is but hes a Geneous.

I WANTED TO HELP SOMEONE OUT IF THIS HAPPEND TO THEM
