B/W T19 in front of an NP205

I thought I asked this question before, but searches don't show it. My '70 K10 burb has the 465/205 combo. Gotta hate that 465, especially with a mild small block. As cool as the NV4500 swap looks, don't see it happening. I once had a '76 Scout with a close ratio T19. It was the only thing good about that vehicle, drove just like a car instead of a dump truck. The Scout is intact in a junkyard 3 miles from my house. Seems like I researched installing the T19 in my burb before, but don't remember what, if anything I came up with. Any input? Thanks.
