Hi All, I'm new here, and a new owner of a 70 C10 long bed, with a 283 and auto trans.
Maybe more of an interesting story then most on how I came about the Truck.
I am a woodworker and Luthier and I traded a workbench for the truck. My good friend decided he wanted me to build him the bench, and I needed/wanted a truck, so we made a deal... He is also going to help me do the body work and paint work on the truck. Should be a fun project over the next few months. I'm sure I will have lots of stupid questions for you all along the way... I'm not looking to end up with a show truck, but a 10 footer or better would be nice.

OK how about some pics. A couple of the bench, and a couple of the truck... ooh the bench took a blue ribbon at the Florida State fair a few weeks ago.
