Project Whitey II - the "I wish I'd never sold it" build

The picture in my avatar is an '87 I had a few years back. I bought it from the original owner with 62K original miles and it was like new. I did a 4.5/5.5 static drop and drove it. One day I made the mistake of selling it. Ever since I've wished I had it back.

Fast forward to about a year ago. I was looking on craigslist and she jumped right out at me. The story was the guy I talked to bought the truck new in Texas and drove it for several years. His dad liked the truck. He sold it to his dad here in North Carolina back in the mid 90's. His dad had recently passed and he was helping him mom settle his estate. They decided not to keep the truck. Lucky me!

After a few minutes of haggling she was on the road headed to my house!
