63-66 panel- suburban mounting question

it is for 63-66 GMC application only
A friend is just putting his body back on the frame and seems to be missing the body mount frame bracket that goes over the top of the rear spring frt mounting hanger.
it is not like a chevy suburban brkt(as like the one in Jon's suburban build). it is not like the one from a 4 x 4 panel or suburban mounting. I did check mine and there are not
the frame holes there to accept it. here is a picture of the area. I did give him a set of the chevy ones to try but they wont mount unless he cuts up the spring hanger

now here is the second finding which I haven't seen or heard off, doesn't show it in the books either. The mount under the "b" pillar is different. it has a bonded rubber suspension
similar to the rad support brackets that have the bonded rubber insulators between the frame and bracket. picture enclosed

this is what the 4 x 4 ones look like before and after repairing the holes, these are the ones that go over the sprinh hangers

thanks
ron
