700r4 rewire help!!!

Okay I have a 1985 Chevy 305/700r4 2wd that has the Cali. smog crap with the ESC distributor. I have removed all the smog and replaced the carb and distributor, now my problem is the 700r4 was tied into the ESC/smog computer crap an I had to cut the wires. So now I need to know how to rewire the 700r4 to work and I do not have the vacuum control that everyone talks about assuming because it was tied into the computer. I have been looking at this

I have looked all over the web but cannot find a lot of info on people that have ran into this issue or have pictures, so any help would be much appreciated.
