coolant inside truck on floorboards

i was cleaning my truck out today and noticed how my carpets are wet i pushed my hand into the carpet and it was all green from the coolant and i had just filled my coolant last week does that mean its my heater core and if it is how do i change it "1986 sierra 1500 6.2 diesel
