Easiest way to replace a door hinge pin?

The top passenger hinge pin broke. My door was starting to sag, and then it gave away all together, and was only held by the bottom hinge.

So, I found a good replacement hinge at the yard today. I was thinking if I just replaced the pin that the replacement hinge came wit, it might be easier than the whole hinge.

Any tips for how to do this, or do I need to just replace the entire hinge? The truck I got it from was missing the front fender. I really hope I don't have to remove the fender to replace the hinge...
