Radiator/Sway Bar question

I got my radiator in last weekend and when I had it mocked up, the lower outlet hose was sitting directly on the sway bar.

I have 2 choices: re-drill the radiator and raise it up a few inches

OR

lower the sway bar

I would rather not re-drill the radiator, as I don't want to run into further issues with hosing. Then again, I'm not sure how big the impact will be on handling if I lower the sway bar.

Has anyone ever run into this problem before? If so, what solution worked for you?
