Is this a bad airbag?

So I recently completed the install of my Porterbuilt front and rear kits with SS7 bags. I have only driven the truck around the block because I haven't gotten an alignment yet. Park the truck in the garage and my pass rear bag leaks down to empty over night.

checked all my seals and didn't find any issues. Took the bag out and sprayed with soapy water and see bubbles coming out of the area where the bolt goes. Not sure how to explain that area but you can see it in the pic.

Is this just a bad bag? Ive been trying to get ahold of Porterbuilt to see if replacing it is an option but haven't heard back from them. Any of you guys with more experience in airbags have advice?
