why does the fuse blow to taillights

Only when the headlights are on and driving. Replaced the headlight switch and this truck came from Arizona.....sockets look good. All lights work and the wiring harness to taillights look real good.

Does not blow fuse when I disconnect wiring harness at back of truck so its not the dome light or door switches I would guess.

How do I track this down?
