Looking to buy a '72

I'm looking for a very clean '69 thru '72 Blazer to buy for my wife. We're not wanting another project, as we have two of those in the works right now. Just a well restored, or all original daily driver.

We found the one listed below last night and thought that it looks pretty good for the money. Could you guys take a look at it and tell me what you think? Are there any warning signs here?
