I just checked and the pro torque version on my phone shows to still be 5 bucks but that may vary from device to device I dont know.
But where can you get them for under 5 bucks for the adaptor? 15 is still cheap but just curious? Looks like a cool toy. I have HP tuners so I can have this on my laptop but the other options would be cool.
