awesome lower door problem.

So I just got some super nice doors for my truck from ebay..Old guy did just cut the hinges into...so no biggy first thing i do is go to take them off...first door done ok only on bolt broke...
2nd door not so good..lower hinge only one bolt came out the other two Im guessing broke the mount out because they just spin. Im guessing easy with a torch will be ok...my problem is the bottoms are super nice and skin is good hoe am i gong to fix the mount?..

Im beginning to wish i would have spent some extra and started new.
