Question Carb Question?

Do you know if there is any way to adjust the choke on a stock set up? It is a Quadrajunk on the stock manifold with that spring thing for the choke. Every time I start the truck I pump it once and it usual starts but immediately starts to flood or something like it's too much choke on I have to try and keep the rpm's up to keep it from completly dying. And it take a minute or two before I can let off and then it seems like the choke is in the right position for it to run right? What do you think? I would like to get a new intake and carb, but I have to hold off for a few cuz I just dropped the cash ordering my 4/6 drop from ECE. Thanks for the help.

Ron
