It was real clean inside so I consider my self lucky on that.

It's a TransGo SK 4L60E Shift Kit. It's supposed to help clear up some of the issues with the trans. Wasn't that bad of an install if that's all you do.
Has very detailed instructions in the kit and there tech line was very helpful when I called with questions.
