Which Stall to get?

I have a '70 SWB with a 383 with vortec heads the dyno on it was 439 hp and 486 tq. I am running a crower 304 cam. 304 intake with .500 lift and 312 exh. with .495 lift should a 2500 stall be enuff? Or shoul I go bigger? I want to drive it on the street but also drag race it.
Thanks, Dennis
