Best 35/12.5/r15 AT

So I am getting ready to take the plunge and buy new tires. It has 20+ year old BF AT's on it now that are unsafe. 72K5 6". I am going to be all street, and maybe a dirt road or two. Lots of rain (Seattle). It isnt easy on google to figure out how they are on the street, everything is biased about rocks, sand, mud, etc.

Thanks
Erin
