Getting a new truck! yeah buddy!!!

Hi guys new to 99+ board but I've been on the 88-98 board for a few. I'm Getting a 2003 Chevy crew cab shortbed 2wd truck with the 6.0 and have a little extra cash so I wanted to do some upgrades mainly bolt-ons. I have been looking at :

Bull dog tuner
K&n cold air intake
Jet performance mass air
Exhaust of choice ? I've had flowmaster on everything I've owned kind of want something different. What do you guys recommend?

Can I delete my cats? Will I have a problem with my o2?
