Rear wheel spacers

I recently got some 2 inch rough country spacers for the rear of my blazer to fix the wheel offset. I go to put them on today and the inner hole is small than the one on the hub. The hole on the adapter measures 3 inches and to fit flush it against the hub it needs to go around a 3 1/2 inch part on the hub. Anyone ran into this. Any other company that makes spacers with bigger inner holes? Or should I just get these machined out.
