AM Ipod

Revived my broken AM radio today. Used this tech article to keep the factory look and have all my music on an iPod.

I had all the stuff waiting on my '51 to get finished, but the bodywork has it so far out that I thought I would put it in the Blazer.

Bolted the new volume switch to the side and I attached the original D-shaped pin so that the factory knob could be reused. I ran the wire for the iPod into the center console.

Very easy and kept the old school look.

Just thought someone else might want to keep the factory look and get an upgraded sound.

P.S. I kept the inner workings of the original AM radio as intact as I could. If anybody needs something from it to get theirs back to stock I can give it to them (fuses, circuits, etc.)
