ECE 3/5 drop, not low enough so HERE's what I DID

Hey guys, So i previously lowered my stepside with the EC 3/5" drop
with 2" drop spindles, and 1" drop springs, and 5" lowering leaf springs.
I wasn't happy with how high the front was still, looked pretty much stock
to someone who doesn't know much about these BOSS old trucks. And looking at some of your guy's rides, i wanted it lower.
So i decided to lower it some more!!!!
i should have invested in drop springs but decided to cut a coil to see how it
looks first.. here's how i did it

HOW I DID it, 45 mins of my time...
1 - put the front of the truck on jack stands (so tires are off the ground),
2- put jack under lower control arm
3- loosen up the castle nut for ball joint
4 - dis connect the front shocks
5- jack up the lower control arm
6- take off the castle nut that was loosened up,
7- lower jack until the spring falls out
8- cut the spring.. 1 coil= approx. 1.5"-2" drop

here is a picture before with the 3/5" drop

And here Is a Picture with a coil cut off, looks like maybe a 4.5" drop??

What do you guys think??
