6 lug to 5x115 question

Guys,
My truck is stock solid axle, drums all the way round. End of this year I will install the a complete IFS setup up front. I recently found a set of 5x115 rims that I couldn't pass on. Does anyone make an adapter to convert the front 6 lug to 5 lug?

If possible I would like to keep it as simple as possible at this point, because I will eventually put the Heidts front end up front. I just want to run the rims as soon as possible. The rear should be a simple axle swap to get the correct 5 lug.

Thanks for the help!
