Cold spark plug.

I am about to change the spark plugs on my truck. Since I bought the truck already built I have no clue on engine compression, cam etc. So I bought the ones that were on the truck (r42ts) anybody running these? Research shows they are really cold.

Mods on the truck that I could see.. 383 stroker, edelbrock performer, edelbrock weber 600 cfm (I think) 4 barrel carb, headers, cam ( small they told me) accer super coil, msd wires. Any other plugs you guys recommend? And what gap?
