lowering my 78

i wanna drop her down some. my rear leafs are sagging and the front springs have the spring helpers from the PO so i need to purchase everything new....

Im thinking right now i just want to do stock Leafs and a flip kit. if i do that do i HAVE to notch the frame?

What springs should i run upfront to make her level? im sitting on a set of 15s with soon to have 255 or 275 tires on it but would like to jump up to a 18 when money gets a little better.

What do you all recommend for shocks? its my daily driver right now so i would like to have it a good rider but i dont need anything super amazing.

Money is an issue like as with anybody else is. but i will save up for a little if i have to for better quality but if i start pushing the limits i might as well bag it, so im really trying to find a good moderate suspension that wont kill my bank but wont kill my back on the road.

Any suggestions would be a huge help or link me to a threa already covering this please
