Rear rim measurement question

I measured up the rear wheels this weekend to find out how big of a rim I can run and here are my numbers. Mind you I run a Ford 8.8 rear end (59 1/2" with an offset to the passenger side tubes).

Driver side:
From wheel hub face to inside fender (by bed): 4.75"
From wheel hub face to outside fender: 7.125"

Passenger side (offset):
From wheel hub face to inside fender (by bed): 4.75"
From wheel hub face to outside fender: 6.75".

So the shortest side (pass), I have a total of 11.5". I figured with an 8" rim and 2" of swell (from the tire) I would be in the clear.

The rims I want to run are 15x8 with BS 3.75".

So in my mind, I thought I will be fine with those rims and still have clearance on the sides.

This is my first time measuring for rims so I wanted to make sure I did it right and also see what you guys thought.

Thanks.
