Overhaul or re ring engine or used engine.

Hi folks good night from Chula Vista.
The 350 engine of my C10 69 is really bad, and I'm not sure if it needs complete overhaul or just a re ring or if is much better an used engine.
I' ve been looking on the sets are for sale it different stores but some of them when I want to know the brand it says stock or brand name. I did a list of the parts could be needed unless you correct me and give idea of the best choices.
