I was thinking one large turbo would be easier to set up and maintain. The T-4 is sized right and one of the most common. The FI system is another thing. I'd love to have one, problem is, even picking up a used one is expensive and chances are the injectors would be too small, pressure regulator would be shot, the computer and wiring would be a pain, hek, the turbo would be the easy part. It's all mechanical.

While I idle away the days waiting for my higher priority things to magically complete themselves, I'll dream of my twin turbo'd, overdriven, fat tired, nicely finished truck. I can almost see it sitting there in my heated, insulated garage, the lights reflecting off its new paint and polished wheels. It's full of high octane gas, the weather looks great for a cruise and my wife will still talk to me or at least take my calls after it's all said and done.

Thanks everyone for the input.

FWIW, you don't need or want a huge turbo for a street application. The steep torque convertor needed to keep it in boost will be just about undrivable on the street. Get yourself a nice medium sized turbo, intercool it, and spool it up!
If you're building a race truck, then forget what I just said.
