Trans/drive shaft question

Getting ready to start my T5 swap this weekend. I have gathered all the parts. I'm mustering up the courage, but have one important question. I have not yet pulled the old transmission, a stock 3 speed/column shift. Does anyone know how many splines are on the output shaft? I'm obviously going to have to have the drive shaft cut down. I want to have all the parts ready so I don't have to go hunting for the right yoke at the last minute.... I will use the old one if it will work, but will have to figure out a solution if it's not going to work.
