98layinframe, yes, it is 1 x 1 x.125 box tube. But you need a tubing roller to put the bow in the tube. I made my tubing bender so it has a roller on it so the following bar rolls on it. I take the die out and put my rolling atachment in. Which is 2 rollers about 6" apart. The lower roller goes between the upper rollers. I jack the roller up and crank the tube back an forth. A little at a time till I get the bow I want. I works pretty good.
