Wheel Stud Knurl

How bad would it hurt to put a stud that has a knurl of .530 into a 1/2 hole.

Is it even possible?

I measured the holes on the hub and they are 33/64.

I need to get this done today and doing an online search through lowes and home depot cannot find a 33/64 or a 17/32 drill bit.

This is for a tire carrier so no worries about it failing on the road.
