200R-4 (Revisited)

Can anyone help me out? I think my search function died today. LOL Anyone got a link to a good thread on TH400 to 200R-4 swap? I found a transmission, TV cable and dipstick for the right price. I don't want to miss anything.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Should be relatively the same length so no need to shorten drive shaft. Just get a 27 spline TH350 slip yoke. I bought a new center support bearing also. So no need to move cross member and trans mount should be the same right? (maybe have to file holes out a little?). And I know I need to set up the TV cable.

But my knowledge runs short on whether or not I should/need to lock the torque converter. Is mileage the only issue?
