275/60, 15x10 and 2.5" spindles

This is my last thread about suspension and wheel/tire size, I swear..lol.

My '72 is originally a 6cyl truck, but has a built 350 now. I realize that springs sag overtime. If I install 2.5" drop spindles with my original springs, 4" drop in the rear, 275/60/15 tires mounted on 15x10" rallys with 4.5" back spacing, do you think I'll experience rubbage?

Thank you for your support,
Sid
